Information on Participation Fees for the

Satellite Conference “New Horizons in Mental Health”

Students, residents, master’s students, PhD candidates, and collaborators of the “Nicolae Testemițanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy benefit from free registration, both for on-site and online participation.

Members of the Society of Psychiatrists, Narcologists, Psychotherapists and Clinical Psychologists of the Republic of Moldova (SPNPPC) who are not affiliated with USMF have access with a preferential fee of 600 MDL for on-site participation and 400 MDL for online participation until August 31, 2025 (early bird). Starting September 1, 2025, the standard fees will be 800 MDL for on-site participation and 600 MDL for online participation.

For international participants who do not fall into the categories mentioned above, the early bird fee, valid until August 31, 2025, is 70 EUR for on-site participation and 50 EUR for online participation. After this date, the standard fees will be 80 EUR for on-site participation and 60 EUR for online participation.

For participants from the Republic of Moldova who are not affiliated with USMF or SPNPPC, the early bird fee, valid until August 31, 2025, is 1000 MDL for on-site participation and 800 MDL for online participation. After this date, the standard fees will be 1200 MDL for on-site participation and 1000 MDL for online participation.

 Note: Students, residents, Master’s students, PhD candidates, and staff members of the “Nicolae Testemițanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy are entitled to free registration, both for in-person and online participation. Information on Abstracts – Conditions – Topics

SCIENTIFIC ABSTRACTS

1. General Information:
   1. There is no limit to the number of abstracts an individual may submit. However, please note that the number of oral presentations allocated to a single person may be limited by the Scientific Committee.
   2.  Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book, accessible to all participants on the congress website. In addition, authors of accepted abstracts may present their work as oral presentations during the event sessions.
   3.  If an abstract is accepted for inclusion in the scientific program, the presenting author must pay the registration fee no later than September 15, 2025.
   4.  Authors/Presenters of multiple works are required to register only once.
   5.  By submitting an abstract for review, authors agree that it will be published in the Abstract Book if accepted by the Scientific Committee.
   6.  Publication rights will be held by the organizers.
2. Abstract Editing Guidelines:
   1. All abstracts must be prepared in English, on an A4 page in Word format; font Times New Roman, size 12 pt, line spacing 1.5.
   2. The main text is limited to a maximum of 250 words and must include the following sections:
      • Abstract Title: written in uppercase letters (e.g., DEPRESSIVE DISORDER IN ELDERLY).
      • Authors (e.g., AB Popescu, DE Johnson).
      • Note: The first listed author must be the presenting author.
      • Professional Affiliation (e.g., Nicolae Testemițanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova).
      • Main Text (optional subsections: Introduction; Methods; Results and Discussion; Funding support – declaration of potential conflict of interest).
   3. Tables, figures, or bibliographic references are not permitted in abstracts.
   4. Submitted works cannot be edited afterward.
